Terms And Conditions

This agreement is made between Sunflower Doodles (“Seller”) and the Buyer(s) listed below (collectively “Buyer”) and is made as of the date set forth.

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions regarding the purchase, care, and responsibilities of a puppy from Sunflower Doodles.

Five-Day Wellness Guaranty Period

The Buyer is instructed to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within five (5) days of purchase. The health warranty is void if the puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within this period.

Common Puppy Ailments

This guarantee does not cover common puppy ailments such as giardia, clostridia, coccidia, viral illness, and parasites.

This puppy has been examined at approximately 7 weeks of age by the Seller’s vet, and all common illnesses/issues have been addressed and preventative measures taken.

Four-Month Puppy Protection Period

The Buyer must not take the puppy to public places frequented by other puppies or dogs until it has received its final round of shots (16 weeks of age).

Any illness contracted from the Buyer’s decision not to follow these guidelines will void this guarantee.

Twenty-Four Month Guaranty Period

This period covers specific congenital disorders, including Hip Dysplasia (HD) and/or Elbow Dysplasia (ED), Eye Disorders, Cardiac (Heart) disorders, Von Willebrand’s Disease (vWD), and certain hereditary/congenital disorders.

Specific diagnoses, procedures, and verification details are described in the initial information.

Buyer’s Responsibilities

The Buyer agrees to:

• Feed quality dog food.
• Maintain the dog in good health.
• Not allow the dog to become overweight or over-exercised.
• Not to be kept outside overnight.
• Never turn the dog over to a shelter or rescue.
• Notify Seller if Buyer must re-home the dog.

Non-Transferable:

This guarantee is transferable between the Seller and the original Buyer only.

Release of Liability:

The Buyer forever releases and indemnifies the Seller from any and all claims of liability related to the dog.

No Other Warranties:

No warranty or representation has been made except as set forth herein.

Special Notes and Exclusions

• This guarantee is void if not signed and postmarked within 10 days of its receipt.
• This warranty does not cover viral illnesses, infections, improper bites, hernias, and other conditions as listed in the original information.
• The risk of loss or injury to the puppy is on the Buyer after the puppy leaves the Seller.

• To the best of the Seller’s knowledge, the within-described puppy is guaranteed to be in good health.
• The Buyer bears all costs related to the sale of the animal, including transportation.
• Information related to giardia, as described in the original information.

Signature and Agreement:

This document represents the entire agreement between parties, and there are no other agreements, expressed or implied, unless included in this agreement or by writing, signed by both parties and made a part thereof.
